(1) The license according to Section 8, the certificate according to Section 8A, the letter of recommendation according to Section 9 and the certificate according to Section 10 shall be valid for two years from the date of receipt.
(2) Each license, recommendation letter and certificate shall be renewed for each year by paying the prescribed fee within thirty-five days from the date of expiry.
(3) If the renewal is not renewed within the specified period as per sub-section (2) because of the failure to do the renewal, if the renewal is requested within three months from the date of expiry of the opening, the department shall charge an additional fee of twenty five percent of the renewal fee and renew it. Permits, letters of recommendation or certificates that are not renewed within that period will be automatically cancelled.
